In her 12 years as an educator, Micaela has been privileged to work with students and teachers in various settings in Dubai and Portugal as a foundation and KS1 teacher. Currently, as a coordinator at AIS, she supports classroom teachers and teacher assistants across Preschool and Primary, creating an academically engaging learning environment. Committed to sharing her passion for Portuguese as a second language, she aspires to lead and teach within a bilingual learning environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and kindness.
