At Aspire International School, we know that communication is the foundation of confidence, learning, and connection. But what happens when a child struggles to express themselves clearly, or to understand others? That’s where Speech and Language Therapy in the Algarve comes in.
Speech and Language Therapy is a specialised service that supports children and adults who experience difficulties with communication. Sessions are tailored to individual needs and focus on improving:
Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs) make therapy fun and effective with play, games, stories, and interactive activities. For younger children, play is a natural way to build language skills. For older students, therapy may involve structured conversation practice, articulation, or literacy support.
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to be part of the process, learning strategies to support their child at home. Progress is regularly monitored and shared, ensuring therapy is meaningful and effective.
Aspire International School is developing a new Speech and Language Therapy service for our community. To make this support as accessible as possible, we’re offering sessions at half price for AIS students, with availability for the wider community too.
